I have used a ton of healthy natural toothpaste, including ozoneated, homemade, basically every style you can do..
This one thrills me that it also remineralizes. You only need a tiny bit, and it can be messy if you take too much, spit too far away from sink and don't clean up after yourself( I like to think that it just simply shows you where you were spitting with your regular toothpaste) . The charcoal means it's black. You can easily have grey lips if you aren't looking in the mirror and rinsing. I feel safe leaving this in my mouth overnight( not rinsing it out) . Teeth are white, breath is way better in the morning( I wear a retainer) lovely taste, not too ozoneated that your can't handle it.
