When I received this lip balm, it was too hard and stuck to the container. I pushed the bottom to make it come out, and the bottom just got twisted and pushed the whole thing out making a mess.
I had to put the balm in a small container and put it in the fridge to harden. I didn't care for the texture either; it's grainy.
