What is POI?
The Potential Ozonide Index (POI) measures how much ozone each oil can hold.
POI = (Omega-3 × 3) + (Omega-6 × 2) + (Omega-9 × 1)
- Low POI: fast absorption—great for sensitive/dry skin.

How to Use

Apply a small amount of salve to clean, dry skin two to three times daily, or whenever you need relief. The balm will soften on contact—gently massage it in until fully absorbed.
To help it melt faster, continue rubbing the area until the salve liquefies.
